Bubbles is one of three main protagonists of The Powerpuff Girls franchise. Created by Professor Utonium with her other two sisters, she is the most joyful and the more fun girl. In 2010/2011, GoAnimate created her for the Toon Adventure theme, which was made exclusively for Cartoon Network's short-running Toon Creator.
